We are confident that our software will work for you. We back all of our products with a money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund you the purchase price* within 14 days of purchase.

Before You Return Your Software...
Please email our customer service department using our online RMA Form to obtain a preliminary Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This RMA will remain valid for 14 days from the date of original order.

Return Policy...
Items for return or exchange must be unopened, and in the same condition in which they were sent. If your return is accepted, you'll receive a refund back to the credit card used on the original order minus a 5% processing fee. If you received free shipping on your order, we'll need to charge a $4.50 return fee. Product must be delivered to Checkout Software.com no later then 14 calendar days after the order was placed regardless of product ship date or time in transit.

We do have four exceptions:
  • Licensing orders (sometimes called open, volume, or electronic licensing) can't be returned.
  • Products that are installed, opened and/or registered cannot be returned.
  • Compatibility issues: Verify with the manufacturer of your computer and software you are buying to ensure that your computer meets the software's minimum/recommended requirements.
  • Products designated as "Not Legible for Return".

Also, because we can't guarantee anything until we inspect the returned item, we may refuse a return even if you were given a preliminary RMA. Please be sure you obtain tracking and insurance on your return, as we can't be responsible for lost packages. All returns for any reason must be requested and returned to our facility within 14 days of the original order date.

Although we try to handle all returns and exchanges as soon as we can, they can take up to 3-7 business days to process.

Return Procedure

Step 1: Click the RMA Form above to request an RMA number.

Step 2: After receiving your RMA # write it on four (4) sides of the box in large print.

Step 3: Include a copy of the original receipt along with your RMA request form.

Cancellations

Because of our same day shipping commitment, most orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you need to cancel an order, call our customer service department at 877-7-SOFTWARE (877-776-3892) for assistance with your request. Please do not refuse delivery of your shipment, as this will result in a $15 fee charged to the credit card on the original order.

Because the software industry is constantly changing, Checkout Software.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to a price error or stock availability. This is a rare case, however, if this is the case with your order you will be notified via email promptly.

Tax

Tax is charged for California deliveries only. If you are a reseller please place your order and fax your resellers certificate to 310-445-6435.

Shipping

All packages are sent via FedEx with "Direct Signature Required". If you would like to have the signature waived, please send an email to info@checkoutsoftware.com. If a package is returned due to "Recipient not available to sign after 3 attempts" and no email was sent regarding the signature, we will refund your order minus a $7 processing fee and you will not be charged a restocking fee.

Privacy Policy

Checkout Software.com is committed to protecting your right to privacy. We collect information about our customers to enable us to process orders, improve our site, and provide better services. No information collected is sold to 3rd party media companies.

To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and email address. This information is stored on a secure server to allow us to process subsequent orders more quickly.

Phone Orders

By calling in and placing your order over the phone you agree that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of CheckoutSoftware.com listed on this page. All policies and restrictions apply to all orders placed over the phone or internet.

It is the customers resposibility to verify all the details of the order, including but not limited to, billing & shipping address, credit card information, and product information. All orders are sent a confirmation email minutes after the order is placed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that this email is recieved and the order verified. CheckoutSoftware.com is not responsible for typos or errors not caught by the customer.
