Checkout Software.com ships all orders via FedEx. A range of FedEx shipping options are available as below. Online tracking of your order is available and FedEx has proven to be an extremely reliable shipping service.
All packages are sent out with FedEx signature confirmation to secure our customer's package along its route. Please contact us to have the signature confirmation waived.
Orders with items in stock will ship same day if the order is placed before 5pm P.S.T.

Missed Deliveries
If a package is returned due to "Recipient not available to sign after 3 attempts" and no email was sent regarding waiving the signature, we will refund your order minus a $7.00 processing fee and you will not be charged a restocking fee.
Plain Label Deliveries
We offer a drop-shipping service for plain labelled deliveries if you need the software sent directly to a client/customer.
When checking out please select "Yes" where appropriate under the Additional Information tab and also include any further information if necessary. This will ensure that the despatch note will not display Checkout Software.com and the invoice will not be sent with the package. If it is your first order and you are paying using a credit/debit card, the order will be subject to additional security checks and may not be despatched the same day.
Tax
Tax is charged for California deliveries only. If you are a reseller please place your order and fax your reseller's certificate to 650-745-1202.
